About EuliAI

Built by a recruiter, an engineer and someone who keeps asking annoying questions.

EuliAI started with a simple observation: good hiring processes are surprisingly hard to build.

Recruiters know hiring. Hiring managers know their teams. Turning that knowledge into clear requirements, meaningful interviews and evidence-based decisions still takes a lot of manual work.

We thought software should be better at helping with that.

Hiring expertise should make it into the product.

EuliAI combines recruiting expertise with technology to turn a hiring need into a structured Hiring Kit. It helps teams define the role, design the hiring process and create the materials they need. Recruiters and hiring managers remain responsible for their decisions.

That means making hiring criteria clear, giving each structured interview a purpose, and recording evidence in scorecards. Spot the gaps, stop asking the same questions at every stage, and give the team a more consistent basis for decisions.

Our guide to who should assess what shows what that looks like in practice.

Meet the humans behind EuliAI

Different backgrounds. Different responsibilities. Quite a lot of discussion.

Colette Rollin

Colette Rollin

Co-Founder & CPO

Colette comes from Talent Acquisition and People work. She has spent years building hiring processes from the inside, with hands-on experience in recruiting, HR and AI adoption.

At EuliAI, she owns product vision, UX and workflow design. She turns real recruiting problems into product logic and features and into working software through AI-assisted development.

The recurring question

“Would this actually help a recruiter on a Tuesday afternoon?”

Daniel Krebs

Daniel Krebs

Co-Founder & CTO

Daniel makes sure the ideas can become an actual product. He brings more than a dozen years of full-stack development experience, including building and maintaining complex enterprise platforms.

He owns the technical architecture and engineering foundations: backend, infrastructure, security, reliability and room to grow. Including the parts nobody notices when they work properly.

The recurring question

“Will this still work when it gets bigger?”

Christian Rollin

Christian Rollin

Founder's Associate

Christian has an important job: not letting us get away with things that only make sense to us. His background spans quality assurance, project coordination and managing workflows across parallel productions.

At EuliAI, he brings that experience to product operations and feedback. He tests assumptions, spots unnecessary complexity and keeps asking how things look from the user's side. Some of those questions are annoying. That is rather the point.

The recurring question

“But why?”

Yes, we're building EuliAI with AI too.

We use AI-assisted workflows to explore ideas, implement features and iterate. They let recruiting expertise take a much more direct route into working software.

The recruiting logic, product decisions, architecture and review remain human. So does the responsibility for what we ship.

Domain experts can now take a much more active part in building the software they wish existed. That's an important part of how we're building EuliAI.

Why Euli? 🦉🐱

EuliAI is named after a cat.

Colette once had a cat who liked to stay up with her late into the night. So she started calling her Euli, inspired by the German word Eule (owl).

Years later, when EuliAI needed a name, Euli came back.

And because an owl felt a little too obvious for an AI company, she returned as a cat-owl.

It makes surprisingly little sense. We like it that way.

Make structured, high-quality hiring easier to build and easier to use.

That's what we're working on. Start with a role you're hiring for.
